Pure Performance Training Class

Elevate your game with the Sports Academy's "Pure Performance Training Class" Designed specifically for soccer players, this program focuses on enhancing athletic performance through Incline Training for speed, power and dynamic movement. Strength Training for whole body strength and movement quality and Stability/Mobility Training to improve balance on the field while decreasing the chance of injury.

  • Clint Nardoni

    Hi, my name is Clint. To help your athlete reach their goals, I follow a comprehensive and holistic approach that addresses their individual history and needs. I've been able to help numerous athletes resolve overuse injuries and become pain free so that they can perform better on and off the field. I have helped a broad spectrum athletes prepare for specific events such as backpacking trips, sport performance, half-marathons, obstacle course racing, cycling, powerlifting competitions, and most recently the NUU soccer athletes!

    Hi! I'm Colin and I'm excited to be a part of the amazing fitness team here at the Sports Academy!

    I'm a Utah native and student at Utah State University. I have been involved in sports and exercise most of my life specifically soccer and tennis.

    I became a personal trainer because I love how exercise can improve all aspects of life. I believe in making training sessions fun and enjoyable while working hard. I'm also fluent in Spanish and would love to help you reach your fitness goals!
