Club First
Without a well-organized club, everything else struggles. Consistency helps create clear paths for individual and team development.
Player Second
The club focuses on providing a positive experience for each player, fostering a love for the sport and building character that lasts a lifetime. Successful players need personal growth.
Team Third
The various teams have different goals. Ambitious players are grouped with others who share similar objectives. Skill, grit and determination are crucial for team placement. Mixing players with differing expectations or abilities can hinder team success and limit personal growth, making it harder to appreciate the journey and sacrifices made.
