Royalty Training enhances team play for U13-U19 NUU Royalty & Futures teams by implementing club principles. These teams consist of like-minded coaches who collaborate in training and reflection, supporting each other's teams. The training focuses on a defined style of play based on principles that promote consistency and continuity among all Royalty & Futures teams, players, and coaches.
Royalty & Futures teams are exclusive and cater to ambitious players in our community. This select program is designed for driven coaches and their teams. The NUU Director of Coaching provides mentoring and training for every Royalty team. While following the same club curriculum, coaches have the freedom to manage their teams in ways that foster team chemistry and build confidence in competition.
