We have compiled videos to help you master the ball and ultimately build your confidence so you can dominate on game day!

There are 6 stages each with levels to climb. Weekly dedication will see you “RISE TO ROYALTY” as you become the ultimate teammate!

  • Level 1: 7 Foundations
    Level 2: 6 Toe Taps
    Level 3: 7 V’s
    Level 4: 7 Stepovers & Pullbacks
    Level 5: 7 Footwork, Drags & Scissors
    NOTE:
    STARTER GRADUATES should also excel at Ball Control 1 drills. These activities should be practiced in a less formal environment, but with high levels of focus.

  • Once a player graduates from every previous level a player can earn ROYALTY status by recording them completing two tests and emailing the video to NUUginn@gmail.com with the subject “ Rise to Royalty Skills Tests”

From 1979 to 1994 he was the British Athletics Federation's Director of Coaching, where he was widely acknowledged as and remains one of the outstanding sports coaches and coach mentors in the world.  In this position Frank led the British Athletics team into its "golden era" with Olympic gold medalists such as Daley Thompson, Steve Ovett and Sebastian Coe. Frank personally trained Daley Thompson and created training programs for individuals such as Gerhard Berger, Katarina Witt, Boris Becker and Justin Rose.
